Eddie L. Wilson

Eddie L. Wilson of 361 Sherwood Morgan Drive, Rockmart, died Wednesday, August 16, at the Mount Berry Hospice. He was 82.

Mr. Wilson was born on December 8, 1934 in Rockmart. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Gladys Wilson; by his brother, Tommie Wilson; and by his daughter, Rosie Young. He is survived by his wife Denise Wilson of Rockmart, Ga, as well as by six children: Kathy Rankin of Sarasota, Fl.; Charmaine Vernon of Adairsville, Ga.; Prissy Baker of Vero Beach, Fl.; Roger Reed of Honolulu, Hi.; Earl Read of Las Vegas, Ne.; Eddie L. Reed of Honolulu, Hi. He also leaves behind his favorite dog, Daisy. Mr. Wilson was cremated as per his wishes.
