Ann Louise Medley

Ann Louise Medley passed away peacefully at the age of 95 on February 16, 2025 in Canton, Georgia. Born in Brooklyn, New York on July 2, 1929, Ann was known for her fiery spirit and her love of life. On September 13, 1950, she was married to her husband Peter E. Medley, Sr. Ann and Peter spent 70 years together. Ann was a beloved spouse, parent, and grandparent. She always loved spending time with friends and family, whether over dinner or a game of Bingo. She was an avid reader and was a member of bowling leagues for years. Her enthusiasm for life will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Peter E. Medley, Sr. and her son, Peter E. Medley, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Michelle Medley of White, Georgia and Stefanie Medley Winborne of Atlanta, Georgia. Ann was grandmother to four grandsons, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A celebration of Ann’s life will be held at The Arbors Senior Living Community on March 8, 2025. She will be interred alongside her husband, Peter, at Georgia National Cemetery. Ann’s legacy of joy for life will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.
