Annie Jo Barnette

Annie Jo Barnette, age 77, of Cartersville, GA, passed away at home after a lengthy illness.  Mrs. Barnette was a lifelong resident of Cartersville who loved to spend time with her family, she revered the Lord and enjoyed teaching her children the same.  She also enjoyed gardening and planting petunias.  She is survived by her children, Nathan & Gigi Barnette, Cheryl Barnette, and Stan Barnette.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Apryl, Kyle & Kayla, Tara & Shawn, Cody & Erika, her great-grandchildren, Rozlyn, Isabella, Georgia, Maddox, Parker, Artemis, her siblings, Jean Hightower, Jane Bunch, Chester Brown, Jr., Susan Barrett and numerous nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Barnette was preceded in death by her brothers, David, Garner & Johnny Brown.  A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 18, 5 PM , at the Second Baptist Church, Sugar Valley Rd, Cartersville, GA, with Pastor Chester Brown, Jr. Officiating.  Condolences can be left for the family at www.GeorgiaFuneralCare.com .
