Carol Purvis

Carol Purvis, 93, of Mount Dora Florida, passed away peacefully in her sleep August 29, 2017 at the Oaks Assisted living in Woodstock Georgia. She was born December 2nd, 1923, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.She is survived by 3 children, Sharon Martin, Lynn Yund and Jim Purvis. Five grand children, Adam Yund, Allison Perkins, Stephen Purvis, Lorraine Yund and Lauren Purvis, and 3 great grandchildren Ava, Charlie, and Eleanora . She loved to create fun for her children whether it was birthday parties, or making costumes and prom dresses. She was very loving, creative and a Great Mom. A memorial service and internment will be at Pine Forest Cemetery in Mount Dora, Florida, September 2nd 2017 at 11:00 a.m.  Condolences can be left for the family at www.GeorgiaFuneralCare.com.
