Cecelia Shores Johnson

Cecelia Shores Johnson of Kennesaw Georgia left this earth for her heavenly home on Sunday April 9th, 2023. She is survived by her daughter Karen and son-in-law Jeff, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Also, her brothers Stephen (Iris) Shores and Wallace (Terri Shores) and her sister Gwendolyn (Sam) Hodges and many nieces and nephews. She was deeply loved and respected by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church, in Powder Springs, GA. Friends can pay their respects during a short visitation from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church prior to the service. Ms. Johnson will be interred at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, GA.
