Chris passed away peacefully at home on January 6, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Chris loved life. He loved his family and friends. He loved making people laugh. He loved music, art, wooodworking, video games and comics. He would give the shirt off of his back for anyone, figuratively and literally. He loved cooking - especially for others - and he was a great cook. He spent most of his life as an automotive technician. He could fix anything.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy; son, Christian; sister, Sheryl; brother, Jeff; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and Marlin; brothers, Ricky, Mark and Terry; nephew, Christopher and niece Shayla.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Cade and Molly of Amedisys Hospice.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
