Age 34. Passed away Thursday September 22, 2022
Walker is survived by his wife Dana Owens Mann and their precious daughter Charlotte Olivia (Charlie) Mann. He is survived by his father Clarence Walker Mann Sr, mother Melody Mann and one brother Nicholas King. He also had several nieces and nephews.
Walker was a Paramedic and Firefighter and worked with several emergency services over the years of his career. He was known in that industry, not only for his knowledge of emergency practices, but also for his quick wit and sense of humor that often made the most difficult working experience is just a little more fun and bearable.
The definite love of his life was his family. Days off were spent with Dana and Charlie. They enjoyed taking trips as often as possible and it didn’t matter if this was a well planned trip, a quick weekend away, or a day trip excursion. It only mattered that they were together. Walker was always involved in Charlie’s activities, both at school and social or sports related events. This included helping coach Charlie‘s eight year old softball team to a winning season this year. He beamed with pride every time one of those girls called him Coach Walker.
He loved holidays and decorating for them. Especially Christmas. He and his dad put so many beautiful lights on their house that we were sure you could see it from space. He was also proud of his extensive inflatables and yard decoration collection and added to this collection every year. He wanted everyone that drove by to feel his love and joy for the season.
He loved the University of Alabama and was always ready with a Roll Tide. Nothing was better than an Alabama win and a UGA or Florida State loss.
Visitation will be Monday September 26 from 6-8pm and on Tuesday September 27 from 1-2 with the memorial service to follow at 2pm. Visitation and services will be held at Georgia Funeral Care 4671 South Main Street Acworth Georgia.
