Clifford David Rogers

Clifford David Rogers, age 80, of Cartersville, Georgia, formerly of Calhoun and Rome, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Linda Balliew Rogers, two daughters, Terri (Jim) Wright and Donna (Mark) Fritz, grandchildren Ashley Fritz, Lacey Fritz and Connor Wright and beloved great-granddaughter, Kendall.  David worked over 40 years as a supermarket meat cutter in Armuchee, Calhoun and Adairsville before retirement. He loved automobiles, spending time outdoors and a good cup of coffee. He was born in Silver Creek, Georgia on November 1, 1942. David was the son of the late Grady and Ruby McCabe Rogers. He was one of eight children, the late brothers, Bud, Bill, Fred and Danny Rogers and sister Bobbie Jane Headrick and is survived by his brother Larry Rogers and sister, Olivia “Libby” Holland. Mr. Rogers will be cremated and a service planned for a later date.
