Daniel W. Headley

After a long, well fought battle, Daniel W. Headley, 72, of Kennesaw, Georgia passed on January 7, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Jackie, of 37 years; three stepchildren: Shannon Webb, Sean Webb and wife Basia, and Shelley McNabb; two grandchildren: Paige and Jack; Brother Ron Headley and wife Rita, sister Angela Knight and husband Taso, sister Donna Bishop and husband John; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Dan grew up in Selma, Alabama, before joining the Army and proudly serving his country in Vietnam. He was active in the military from 1967-1970.

He worked in landscape design and production with Greentree, Inc. for nearly 20 years.

Dan had many passions throughout the years. He loved fishing, coaching girls softball, wood working, gardening, watching his grandchildren grow, and Alabama football...ROLL TIDE!!!

We are thankful Dan is at peace and no longer fighting for each breath...we already miss him dearly!

Dan will be laid to rest at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
