Emily Fay Macke

Emily Fay Macke, age 24, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 after a long and courageous battle with heart disease.  She was born in Atlanta, GA on March 3, 1994 and was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt and friend......but most of all, she was a wonderful mother to her beautiful, four year old daughter, "Maddie"; who was truly the love of her life and her inspiration to fight as hard and as long as she did.

Emily is survived by her daughter, Madison; father and step-mother, Chris and Renee Macke, of Dallas, GA.; mother, Lisa Freeman of Rockmart, GA; grandparents, Larry and Barbara Macke, of Woodstock, GA. and Blaine and Fay Petrey, of Rockmart, GA; bothers, Dennis and Erica Macke, of Dallas, Ga and Corey Macke, of Woodstock, GA; sister, Kelsey Mack, of Marietta, GA; fiance, Jeremy Stevens and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2 PM in the Chapel at Georgia Funeral Care, 4671 S. Main St., Acworth, GA.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Emily.
