Mrs. Ina Lenora Robertson, age 83, passed away on April 21, 2020.  Born and raised in Wayne County, KY, she is preceded in death by her parents, the late Herbert and Effie Jones, her brother, the late Kenneth Jones and her late sister, Judy Carrender, as well as both of her loving husbands, James G. "Bud" Hines and Joe Daniel "Dan" Robertson, Jr.  She is survived by her daughter, Maxine Hines Chriszt (Michael) of Acworth, her five grandchildren Caitlin Chriszt Moses (Jon) of Dallas, GA, Philip Chriszt (Vicki) of Sandy Springs, GA, Lillian Chriszt of Decatur, GA, Jonathan Chriszt of Acworth, GA and Thomas Chriszt of Acworth, GA, her two precious great-grandsons Henry and Everett; her two baby sisters, Emma Buna Jones of Orlando, Fl and Alene Jones of Monticello, KY, her uncle, Norman Dunagan of Columbia, KY; her sister-in-law Helen Jones of Somerset, KY; her loving stepdaughters Sue Helton of Somerset, KY and Judy Rasner of Rising Son, IN and her stepson Timothy (Betsy) Robertson of Portland, OR and step-daughters Diann Whitefoot (Gary) of Florence, KY and Vickie Ellerbee of Winder, GA, as well as many caring step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  In addition to her family, she is survived by many dear friends, but especially Ms. Donna Simmons of Cumming, GA, with whom she and Dan shared many adventures, both large and small.

Ina and her late husband enjoyed many years of service to their community through their affiliation with the Masonic Lodge of GA and its sister organizations, the Order of the Eastern Star (Norcross Chapter 426) and the Order of the Amaranth (Lawrenceville Court, Number 23).  Countless hours were spent happily working golf tournaments, car shows, bake sales and other fundraisers to raise monies to support research on diabetes and to financially support the work of Shriner's Hospitals and other community needs.  They loved traveling with friends on weekends to meetings around the state to fellowship and serve. They also faithfully served their Lord through their churches, Carter Hill Christian Church of Bethlehem, GA and later Ebenezer Methodist Church of Jefferson, GA for many years.

In addition to her community service, she loved her grandchildren, her bible study, country music, painting, Bingo games (a fierce competitor) and attending the seemingly endless graduations, sports games and weddings of the family.  Her absence will be felt in the future family milestone events.

The family plans to conduct a memorial service when able to hold a gathering and conduct the service she requested.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Georgia Diabetic Research Foundation, Inc (P.O. Box 1344 Leesburg, GA 31763) or Tranquility House of Marietta (475 Dickson Ave, NW, Marietta, GA  30064).
