Jaime Andrews

Died – April 10, 2024

He is survived by his parents Jeanne and Bill, brother Mario, sisters Jolene (Brian) and Brandy, son Zayde, mother of Zayde Nicole Popham, and also his nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his brother Bobby. He was part of the first graduating class at East Paulding High School in 1993.  After graduation, he served in the Navy as an operation specialist from 1993 – 1997.

Grew up in Simi Valley, California until 1990 when the family moved to Georgia. While living in Simi Valley, Jaime ran track and played basketball but his passion was soccer and playing for the Las Chivas traveling team.

In Georgia, he continued his passion for sports playing football, basketball, and soccer.

Jaime enjoyed being a waiter and managing a restaurant, but his passion was being a personal trainer.  He loved being to encourage and help someone reach their health and fitness goals. He later went into sales.

He loved to be outdoors and active – hiking, fishing, and working out.  After his son Zayde was born, he continued to share his love for the outdoors.
