Joan Evans

Joan Evans age 78, of Kingston, Georgia passed away peacefully on May 8,2023. A native of Marietta, GA; Joan was born March 16,1945 to the late Virginia Williams and John Kennedy Williams. Joan graduated from Marietta High School. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling in her younger days, going to the beach, boating, and loved playing the slots. Most importantly she loved her family! Joan is survived by her children; son Lee Evans ; daughters; Staci Ellis; Amie Taylor and her husband Keith Taylor; Grandchildren; Joshua Ellis, Haley Cole, Morgan Evans, Anna Taylor, Abigail Taylor and Jacob Taylor Great-grandchildren; Macy, Paisley, Titus ,Eden, Dorothy, Lucy, Lylah and Eli. Sister; Jane Welch, Ginger Martin, John Williams.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband Walter Evans,great-grandson Holston and her Mother Virginia Dobbs and father John Kennedy Williams. A celebration of Life Memorial will be held May 13,2023 with visitation for family and friends from 1-2 pm and service following.
