JohnWilliam Straiton was born on May 21, 1966. He was adopted by Robert andJuliette Straiton, and was the brother to Carolyn Rowell. He graduated fromBoone High School in Orlando, Florida. John attended Florida State Universityand after he graduated, married his High School sweet heart Kelly Kerwood. Johnhad three kids, Ian, Ashton, and R.J. The only thing that he ever cared aboutwas the happiness of those that he loved. Whether that meant making himselfuncomfortable or using his own personal time, he didn’t mind. He loved hisfamily and was proud of them no matter what they did. He was the most honestand kind man that one could ever meet. John was loved by all of his friends andhis family, and anyone that he came across. He was a beloved husband, father,brother, son, and friend. John wished to be cremated and have his ashes spreadat Trunk bay, St. John, in the U.S Virgin Islands. It was his favorite vacationspot and that way any time family or friends wanted to visit, they got to havea vacation.
