Joseph Carey Robertson

The fight is over, the war is done.  A coronation well planned.   Rest in peace Joseph Carey Robertson of Douglasville, GA.  He passed away on May 10, 2023.  He was born September 30, 1947.  He is the son of the late Joseph Morton Robertson and the late Gladys Turner Robertson.  He is the father of the late Joseph Robertson.

Joe proudly retired as an officer of the United States Army.  He enjoyed golf and traveling.

Joe leaves behind his loving wife, Miriam “Minit” Ingman Robertson; his son and daughter-in-law John and Jennifer Robertson with granddaughters Caroline and Julia; his son and daughter-in-law Justin and Joanna Robertson and grandson Hunter Robertson.

Visitation will be noon May 20th at Georgia Funeral Care, at 4671 South Main Street in Acworth, GA.  Service will be immediately after at 1:00PM.  Interment will take place at a later time in Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
