Joseph Peter Bodkin

Joseph Peter Bodkin, age 89, died 10 April. 2021. He died of complications from Alzheimer’s. He was a

self employed private investigator in Chicago Illinois where he was born in 1932 and spent most of his life

there and raised his family. He was married to RoseMarie Bodkin, who died in 2016. He is survived by his

4 children, Joseph R Bodkin and wife Martha, Catherine M Jesuit, Kelly J Sampson and Timothy P Bodkin.

He and his wife moved to Georgia in 2005. Joseph is a United States Marine Corp veteran who served

during the Korean War. A loving father and dear friend who will be dearly missed. Funeral mass will be

held in Rome GA at St Mary’s Church. Time and date to be determined.
