Joycelyn Dragg

Joycelyn Nikita Dragg, age 57, of Cartersville, GA, died July 30, 2017.  The family will hold a private service.  Ms. Dragg was born in Cartersville and was a long time resident.  She is survived by two sons.  Jacoby & Kenwain Dragg.
