Kenneth Carl Wynn

December 17, 1951 — March 14, 2025

Cartersville

Kenneth Carl Wynn, he was a man of stories, song, and boundless laughter, passed away in the early morning on March 14th 2025, leaving behind his wife, Cathryn and 2 children, Danny and Michele. Born in Rome, Georgia, into a family of hardworking farmers, Kenneth took great pride in his roots, his cattle, his farm, and the simple joys of country life.

A natural entertainer, he was a master storyteller who could have you hanging on every word—only to realize, too late, that he had you fooled the whole time. He loved to talk, joke, and pull your chain just to keep you on your toes. His conversations were sprinkled with catchphrases from his favorite old movies, which he could quote with perfect timing, making even an ordinary chat feel like a scene straight out of Hollywood.

Kenneth had a deep love for music, especially blues and classic rock, but his appreciation spanned all genres. Long road trips with good tunes, a hot cup of coffee, and the open road were some of his favorite things. He also had a legendary sweet tooth—if there was something sugary nearby, he wasn’t far behind.

Beyond his quick wit and love for entertainment, Kenneth had a heart of gold. He had a soft spot for stray pups, never able to turn away a dog in need. His love and kindness extended most of all to his family, especially his children and grandchildren, whom he adored beyond measure. They were his pride and joy, the brightest light in his life.

Kenneth lived fully, laughed loudly, and loved deeply. His stories, his music, and his larger-than-life presence will be missed, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of those lucky enough to have known him.
