Linda Faye Martin Chance

Linda Faye Chance, 77 of Cartersville, Ga passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, March 17, 2025.

Born in Rome, Ga to Herman and Edith Martin on January 31, 1948.

Linda was married to her high school sweetheart, Lynn Chance on October 15th of 1966. This year would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary. Together, they had three children: Kelly, Autumn, and Adam.

Linda worked at Cartersville Animal Clinic for many years before going into Banking. Her last job before staying home was with Bartow County Bank.

Linda was known best for being an incredible daughter, wife, sister, mother, mother in law, “Nana” to her five grandchildren, and friend.

Linda loved big and made sure the people she cared for knew that. She loved her family and knowing her was to know them. Linda made the most simple things in life fun by just being herself. One of her most favorite things was to have her whole family together in one room at Birthdays and Holidays. She could make you laugh by just simply being herself and she was just so easy to be around. She made sure her family were always cared for and losing her will forever leave a void that will be hard to fill.

Her three children, son Kelly Chance of Euharlee, Ga and wife Chastity, three grandsons: Kaleb, Cooper, Cody. Daughter, Autumn Chance of Perdido Key, Florida, grandson Noah Capodiferro of Atlanta, Ga. Son, Adam Chance of Kingston, Ga and Wife, Pamela and granddaughter, Adler Grace.

Celebration of life will be held at Creekside Fellowship Church, 585 Old Alabama Rd on March 29, 2025.

Visitation will be from 12:00 pm-2:00pm with Service following after at 2:00pm.
