Opal Mae Webb

Opal Mae Webb, 82, of Winifrede, passed away on February 23, 2025 at her son’s home in Acworth Georgia, where she resided for the last two and a half years due to an ongoing illness. After numerous years of employment, she retired from CAMC, where she was employed as a CNA. She truly enjoyed her position and helping others. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and she loved her pets. They were also treated as her family. Opal was proceeded in death by her husband, Rev. Norwood M. Webb. Her son, Danny Ray Webb. Her sister Jean Ann Watson. Her mother Oma Holbrook. Her brother Omar Ball.  Surviving are her sons, Timothy Webb of Acworth GA, Ricky Webb (Wife Patricia) of Detroit MI, and Brian Webb (Partner Patricia) of Winifrede WV. Brothers Mitchell Holbrook, Michael Holbrook, William Holbrook, and Sister Che Chie Diego Ball. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, along with many other family members and friends. Special acknowledgement to Barbara Webb and Lisa Whitmore for assistance with mom’s care. Visitation will be on Monday March 3, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, March 4, at 1:00 pm. Both will be held at the Leonard Johnson Funeral Home in Marmet, West Virginia.
