Robert (Bob) George Bibbings

Robert "Bob" G. Bibbings II, "Rob" as he was affectionately known by his family, passed away peacefully at his home Saturday January 25; following a short battle with cancer. Born in Paterson New Jersey 01/14/1959, Bob graduated Ramapo High School in 1977. He loved computers and riding his bike. Later Bob attended the University of Georgia, was a member of the Phi Kappa Alpha sorority. After college he began work at Profit Freight, then Sprint and most recently Atrium Floyd Medical Center. 

Bob loved his family and friends, his dogs Bruzer and Mateo, and the apple of his eye his granddaughter Elizabeth "Izzy". He was a diehard GA Bulldog fan, loved photography, target shooting, and woodworking. 

Bob is survived by his wife Katherine, whom he married June 8, 1996. His mother Vera D Bibbings, Vero Beach FL, a sister Ellen (Billy) Montero, Vero Beach FL. A stepson Jason (Alison) Beaver, Taylorsville, Granddaughter Izzy Beaver. A niece Amy (Kyle) Emory, Vero Beach FL, a nephew Michael (Alex) Montero, Cary North Carolina. Two great-nieces and three great-nephews. 

No services will be held at this time. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
