Robert (Bob) Fred Williams

Robert (Bob) Fred Williams passed away on May 25, 2019. Bob was born on October 24, 1959 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Bob is survived by his wife, Karen Morrill Williams; three children, Sarah, Scott, and Sabrina Williams; grandson Lucas Williams; sister Patti Rugg; and many nieces and nephews.

Bob Williams graduated from Quinsigamond Community College, where he met his wife, in 1988, and from Worcester State College in 1991. They soon had three children, and moved to Georgia where Bob had a successful career in Information Technology and team management. But, his main joy came from being around his family, and making friends within the community.

Bob had a charismatic and joyful personality, making friends wherever he went. He was very active in the local Disc Golf community, and was dedicated to the sport. His Disc Golf friends lovingly nicknamed him "Iron Man," as he was always ready for another round - even if they had already played two!

Bob will be missed by all who have known him. His family will host a celebration of Bob's life later this summer, where his friends and family will share fond memories of Bob and enjoy the food and drinks he loved.
