A U.S. Navy veteran, Bob Scrivner was born in Irvine, KY, April 30, 1937 died in Euharlee, GA, July 15, 2020. Prior to the Navy , he was an Eagle Scout. Bob served Honorably four years as a Navy Aviation Technician. He was also a Mason and a Kentucky Colonel.
