Walter Mccall (Mac) Kennedy

Walter McCall (Mac) Kennedy, Acworth resident, passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on August 11, 2021, at Heritage Hospice. Mac is a graduate of North Cobb High School. He retired from the City of Acworth, after serving as a building inspector.

Mac was proceeded in death by his father, Harold Kennedy. He is survived by his mother, Ann Kennedy; brother, Hal Kennedy; sister Kim Brandon (David); sister Karyl Kennedy, two nephews as well as other family and friends who were blessed to know him.

Mac touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity. The family will celebrate Mac’s life in a private service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the special people who cared for Mac in his time of need at Heritage Hospice
