Arnot "Arnie" H. Jones Jr., a beloved partner, and a true American patriot, passed away on September 26, 2023, in Acworth, Georgia, at the age of 84.
Arnie is survived by his loving partner of 47 years, Rosemary Ray, and her children, John Ray, and his partner Anna Sunga, Alan (Tina) Ray, Cynthia (Jeff) Ricker, grandchildren and great grandchildren. His enduring love for Rosemary and her family was a testament to the strength of their bond.
Arnie proudly served his country as a Military Policeman (MP) in the United States Army before embarking on a long and fulfilling career as a field engineer for NCR. Upon retirement, he chose to spend the rest of his life in Conley, Georgia, a place he cherished and called home. While there, he loved spending time in nature camping and hiking, which brought him immeasurable joy.
His unwavering commitment to those he loved and his dedication to his work left a lasting legacy. In his passing, Arnie has found solace in the cherished memory of his loving parents who meant the world to him during his time here.
A memorial service to celebrate Arnie's life will be held on November 22, 2023, 10 AM EST at the Georgia National Cemetery - 1080 Veterans Cemetery Road, Canton GA, 30114. Please join us in honoring his presence and the love he shared in his lifetime. Arnie will be deeply missed but remembered with love and fondness by all who knew him.
