Charlotte Louise (Neighbour) Plumacher - January 1, 1938 - July 14, 2024. Born in Brooklyn, NY to John and Catherine (Gallagher) Neighbor. Charlotte is predeceased by her parents, her sister Eileen Jones, her brother William Neighbor, and her granddaughter Lauren Ashley Reed. She is survived by her husband Edward R. Plumacher, her son Edward J. Plumacher and his wife Eileen Plumacher. Her daughter Donna M (Plumacher) Reed and Timothy J. Reed. Her two surviving sisters Jacqueline Turner and Victoria Hogan. Special Thank you to Christopher David for helping with her care when she first moved to GA. They shared many laughs and love for music. She has 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Charlotte has many nieces and nephews who she loved very much. Her brother and sister-in-laws she always asked about and talked to many of them. Charlotte was a supervisor for White Castle Newark, NJ. She was part owners with her husband of the restaurant La Donna Marie Keansburg NJ. Charlotte and her husband moved to Las Vegas NV where they resided for 30 years before moving to GA 4 years ago. Charlotte had a quick wit about her and was very sweet. She loved to dance, listen to music (mostly Barbara Streisand), she also loved to talk on the telephone. Never a day would go by that she didn’t ask how her grandchildren were. She will be forever missed by her children Edward and Donna.
