It is with a great sadness that we announce the passing at his home in Cartersville, GA of George Eskew on Saturday, August 26th, 2023. 

George had been an employee of Lockheed Martin, Marietta for nearly 20 years as Special Technology Coater/Finisher, hydraulic checkout mechanic, aircraft painter, flight line mechanic B, and Structure and paint inspector.

Prior to his employment with Lockheed, George was in the military.  He proudly served twenty years in the US Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer.

George is survived by his son, Anthony;  his mother, Kathy; his brother, Larry and his wife Kari;  sister-in-law, Jaime and two nephews, Sam and Christopher.

George's memorial service is to be held on Sunday, October 8th, 2023 at North Pointe Church, 30 Orchard Road, Adairsvill, GA 30103 at 2:00 pm.
