Harold’s caring spirit and generous heart could be felt by anyone he came in contact with. He was an avid lover of the outdoors and spent much of his time fishing, hunting or skeet shooting. Another skill Harold acquired was beekeeping where drawing honey from bees to share with his friends and family was a joy.
Whether it was woodworking with small items like bowls or trays, to making live edge tables, or caning antique rocking chairs, he could make something beautiful from simple raw materials. His love for the outdoors was only surpassed by the love he had for his family and friends. He was fun loving, outgoing and vivacious. He was an example to so many and a shining light to all who knew him. When you think of Harold, celebrate the good memories you have of him. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. He will be missed more than any words could express but he will be forever in our hearts, until we meet again.
