Cathy Willocks
(November 23, 1953 – June 29, 2023)
Mrs. Cathy (Gray) Willocks, 69 of Calhoun, GA, went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her loving family, Thursday June 29, 2023 at AdventHealth Gordon Hospital, due to complications associated with melanoma of the eye that led to liver cancer. She was born in Rome, GA on November 23, 1953, the daughter of the late Winfred and Charlotte, Gray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Willocks, of Maryville, TN, to whom she was married for 28 years.
Mrs. Willocks was a retired HR professional who spent the last 20 years of her career with Shaw Industries.
She leaves behind her son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Laura DeFoor of Marietta, GA; two granddaughters, Brooke and Haley DeFoor of Marietta, GA; two stepsons, Laymon Willocks of Dalton, GA, and Michael Willocks and his wife Michelle of Cohutta, GA; two brothers, Buddy Gray and Bill Gray, both from Calhoun, GA; and a sister, Karen Green and her husband Nelson Green of Melbourne, FL.
