Judy Horning, age 77, passed away peacefully August 16, 2024, at her home in Acworth, Georgia. Judy is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bob Horning, her son Pete Horning of Acworth, her son Brian Horning and daughter-in-law Dianna of Norman, OK, her brothers Doug Handy of Schenectady, NY, John Handy of Ottumwa, IA, Michael Handy of Cedar City, UT and three grandchildren, Sam, Clay and Lily all of Norman, OK.

Judy is remembered by all who knew her for her easy smile, her beautiful blue eyes, and her loving and caring nature. She enjoyed camping, reading and Hallmark movies. She loved going to lunch or dinner with her lady friends from the neighborhood who all say she had a quick wit and was fun to be around. Judy's spirit will live on in our hearts and she will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Judy will be cremated at Georgia Funeral Care in Acworth. Judy’s husband, Bob is organizing a memorial at Georgia Funeral Care in Acworth on a future date to be determined.
