William Mack Riggs,age 80, of Kennesaw, GA, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October13, 2018.
Mack was born to Alex and Laura Riggs on November 21, 1937, in Goldsboro, NC.He graduated from Valdosta High School in 1955 and received a bachelor’s degreein Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He marriedAnn Smith Harris in 1961, and together they raised 3 children. He leaves as his legacy 3 children: Michael Ann Bellerjeau (Rick), Chip Riggs(Allison), and Randy Riggs (Rita); 6 grandchildren: Amber Bellerjeau, JohnBellerjeau, Zach Riggs (Corrie), Daniel Riggs (Makayla), Lily Riggs, and JosephRiggs; and 1 great-grandchild: Everly Riggs. He also leaves to cherish hismemory 2 siblings, Fred Riggs (Jean Riggs) and Toby Riggs. He was preceded in death by Ann Riggs, (wife), Laura Riggs, (mother), and AlexRiggs, (father).
Mack served his country in the US Army Signal Corp from 1961 – 1962. After 17years in engineering and corporate management, he was called by God to servethe Gospel Ministry. He was a loving and caring father and grandfather, and hispassion for sharing the love of Christ with the world was evident to all whoknew him. He continued serving faithfully as a partner with FortressInternational in China until his death. A private ceremony will be held for the family at the Georgia NationalCemetery.
