Michael (Mike) Jon Franzwa, 60, of Cartersville, GA, died April 15, 2018.

Mike was born on November 20, 1957, to Lyman Franzwa and LaVonne Franzwa (Santala). He graduated from Spring Valley, WI, high school in 1976. Mike served his country in the U.S. Army from 1976-1979, including a tour in South Korea. Mike married Tina Webb, and their happy and loving marriage produced a daughter, Ahmi, and eventually a granddaughter, Penelope. Mike was a devoted Green Bay Packers fan. He was a scratch golfer. He loved going on family vacations. He was a hard worker at his job, extremely devoted to his family, and worked hard around their home to make it a comfortable and hospitable place. Mike's sense of humor was appreciated by all, including his co-workers. Mike is survived by his wife Tina, his daughter Ahmi (James) Austin, granddaughter Penelope Austin, mother LaVonne Santala, brother Jeff (Sherrie) Franzwa, and sister Holly (Jon) Rigotti, and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lyman Franzwa.
