Patricia Alice Branham, 77, of Cartersville, passed away June 18 surrounded by her family. Patricia was born July 10, 1940 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Frank Britton and Helen Viles.
Patricia graduated from Wood High School, Indianapolis, in 1958. A dedicated nurse, Patricia’s career began in 1981 after graduating with her Technical Certificate in Practical Nursing from Indianapolis Vocational Technical College. Upon moving to Acworth, Georgia, she proudly obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing Degree from Floyd College in 1993 and worked as a Registered Nurse from 1993-2001. After retiring and while living in San Antonio, Florida, Patricia began her long and courageous battle with colorectal cancer.
Patricia loved her family dearly and greatly enjoyed going to the Indiana State Fair. She is preceded in death by her infant son, Keith, and her parents. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of fifty years, Bobby Max Branham; sons Eric Craig (Kay), Michael Craig (Terri), and Jason Branham (April); stepchildren Debra Brinker (David), Donna White, and Brian Branham; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
