Retired CSM Christopher R. Van Roten passed away on November 20, 2021.

He was 72 years old. He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Dolores; brothers Ronald and Arthur; sister Darlene; daughter Kimberly and son Michael. He is survived by his daughter Heather; sons Christopher II and Gary; granddaughters Abby and Samantha; grandsons Marion and Noah; sisters Lori and Doreen. Chris found joy in selling cars and then traveling the U.S. after he retired from the Army. The favorite places to be were on the west coast.

A military service with honors is scheduled for December 21st at the Georgia National Cemetery at 2:00 pm in Acworth, GA.
