Robert Harold Wiltbank Jr, age 74 passed away on December 31, 2020 at 4:15 A.M.
He graduated from Henry C. Conrad High School and attended the Delaware Technical Community College. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force in the security police squad where he was also a Sentry Dog Handler. He served from 1966 to 1972.
He retired from Amoco Chemicals as a QC Tech and also former pilot plant supervisor from ARCO Chemicals. Bob loved to work on computers and was very knowledgeable in that area. He was recognized in constructing many online gaming communities. He also loved his grandchildren and being a part of family. Eating a good steak or ribs would make his day. Bob helped out with the girl scout troop for his daughter, Lisa Rettew and was always a huge supporter of the extra school activities his children were involved in.
Preceding his death is his Father Robert H. Wiltbank, Mother Theresa Daisy Cox and Brother Richard Wiltbank. He is survived by his sister Judith Bair, Daughter Lisa Rettew, Son Robert H. Wiltbank III, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Bob will be honored and his life will be celebrated on January 22nd at 10:00 A.M. at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bear, DE with full military funeral honors.
