Russell Jacobs: This wonderful, crazy, kind hearted man was a wonder father to Jennifer and Brandon and was the love of my life.
He was called home on June 8th after a long battle with kidney disease and declining health.
Russ was unfiltered, quick witted, and enjoyed anything family. From little league games, graduations and just simple family dinners he was always quick to make us laugh and smile.
He loved his family and friends with his whole heart. And we loved him the same way.
Russ was preceeded in death by his Mother Estelle Jacobs, Father Vernon Jacobs, Mother in law Eva Coyle, Brother in law Harry Sebree and his beloved pets Bullet, Spike and Cali.
He was survived by Wife Cheri Norris, daughter Jennifer Foley, Son Brandon Norris, Daughter in law Clarisse Norris, Son in law Brandon Foley, Grandson Levi Foley, Brother Vern Jacobs, Sister in laws Sandy Harris, Gloria Nimmo, Lettie Martin, Edyth Dorning and Rosemary Sebree. Nephew Robert Harris and Niece Megan Harris and his fur baby Pugsley
