Sebastian Anthony LaMagna, 82, of Marietta, GA died October 12, 2019 surrounded by family and friends. He was a hardworking, loving, and caring grandfather and father. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served honorably. Mr. LaMagna is survived by his three children, Mary, Anthony, and Samantha; his 4 grandchildren, Jordan, Kailey, Jonathan, and Kagen; his sister, Camille; his brother-in-law, Jerry; and his extended friends and family. Memorial Service is at 12 Noon, Friday, October 25, 2019 at Georgia Funeral Care and interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 2:30 pm.

A HEART OF GOLD

God saw he was getting tired 

And a cure was not to be, 

So he put his arms around him

And whispered “Come with me.”

With tearful eyes he watched him suffer, 

And saw him fade away. 

Although we loved him dearly, 

We could not make him stay. 

A golden heart stopped beating.

Hard working hands put to rest, 

God broke our hearts to prove to us
