The staff of Georgia Funeral Care held a fundraiser to raise money for the the bell tower project
On August 24, 2017, Georgia Funeral Care & Cremation Services founder, Kevin R. Marcy, & GFC Veteran Liaison, Darrell Waits, proudly presented the Georgia National Cemetery Advisory Council a check for $2,700.00 towards the Veterans Memorial Carillon Bell Tower. The cemetery hopes to begin construction this beautiful memorial in 2018 and all of the funds are being raised through public donations. The staff of Georgia Funeral Care held a fundraiser to raise money for the the bell tower project, and GFC founder Kevin Marcy said, "This is just the beginning of our involvement in this outstanding project and we intend to do more to raise money." There to receive the check at Georgia National was Council President Charles Capps & cemetery volunteer George Labollita.
