Steve J. Jezerinac, 68, of Acworth, Ga., died peacefully on April 21, 2018, surrounded by family following a brief battle with cancer. Steve was born in Cleveland, Ohio, on March 12, 1950. He & his wife of 44 years, Linda, married & moved to Cobb County. His passion was undoubtedly his wife, family & especially his four grandchildren & friends. He is survived by his wife, Linda (Schill); daughter, Jeannette; son, Peter & daughter-in-law, Erin (Wall); grandchildren, August, Michael, Peter Jr., & Evelyn; brother, Ron; niece, Tiffany Sexton (Jezerinac); nephew, Ron Jr.; & many in-laws, aunts, uncles & treasured friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter & Jeannette and sister-in-law, Lynn. Steve was a loving & devoted husband, father, grandpa, father-in-law, brother, uncle, son, coach & generous friend. He was loved by many & his larger-than-life personality & creativity will forever be missed. A Mass will be offered on May 5th at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 12:30 pm (850 Douthit Ferry Rd., Cartersville, GA 30120, (770) 382-4549).
